Zhou Moumou, male, born in 1963, from Shucheng County, Anhui Province, Han ethnicity, initial Chinese, migrant worker, living in Shucheng County.

Mr. Zhou is a forklift driver of a food company in Anhui. At about 9 o'clock on the day of the incident, Zhou Moumou drove a forklift truck to carry goods in the company's factory area, and in the process of driving from west to east, he did not drive at a safe speed of less than 5 kilometers per hour, and when passing through the intersection of the factory area, he did not slow down to carefully check the intersection situation, hit the pedestrian Liu Moumou, and crushed him to death.

It was determined that Mr. Zhou was mainly responsible for the accident. After the incident, Zhou Moumou actively rescued the injured, knowing that others were waiting at the scene to call the police, and was summoned orally by the police of the Shucheng County Public Security Bureau to the case, and truthfully confessed his criminal behavior.
