On 3 May, Jungheinrich acquired ITS Forklifts and established its 41st direct sales company in New Zealand. In the future, the company will distribute its entire product portfolio through its existing sales network and local partners in New Zealand. Jungheinrich strengthens its presence in the global market with a new location, aiming to support its customers and partners in achieving their growth goals. For Jungheinrich, the strategic acquisition of ITS forklifts, one of New Zealand's leading intralogistics providers, means an expansion of its direct sales network in the Asia-Pacific region. ITS Forklifts has been the exclusive partner of Jungheinrich products in the region for more than 25 years and has many years of expertise in the sales and service of industrial forklifts.
