The court heard the case and found that at about 8:00 a.m. on the day of the incident, Xue XX, without obtaining the qualification for forklift operation, was driving a forklift truck to handle quartz sand bags in the east material yard of a building materials company, and due to careless operation, the fork teeth of the forklift hit Chen XX's chest, causing Chen XX's liver to rupture and lose blood, unfortunately dying.

After the case occurred, Mr. Xue and his unit jointly compensated the victim's relatives for economic losses, totaling 300,000 yuan, and obtained forgiveness.

The court heard the case and held that Xue X violated the relevant safety management regulations in production and operation, resulting in a major safety accident, resulting in the death of one person, and his behavior constituted the crime of major liability accident. Mr. Xue voluntarily admitted guilt, compensated the victim's relatives for economic losses, and obtained forgiveness, and may be given a lenient punishment as appropriate.
